As the kickoff meeting for NYC JavaScripters, we'll spend some time organizing and understanding the priorities of each member. As a group, we can set the direction and topics that are most important to us. For the first meeting we have a couple of exciting presentations by Mike Girouard on "The Beauty of JavaScript" and Geir Magnusson on 10gen application platform as a service (the platform chose JavaScript as the first supported language).
