The first meetup is intended to be low key; aiming for about a dozen attendees. Everyone who comes should be prepared to give either a 5 minute lightning talk (about an cool js technology they've used, or project they've done) or prepare a well-researched js question for the group. (You can ask questions that you don't or do know the answer.) Also, demos are always a plus! If you absolutely want to avoid the lightning talk and question, then don't sweat it, but let me know in advance.

Fifteen minutes of this meeting will serve as a planning session for future meetups.
