The Central Ohio Pluralsight Study Group was started for the express purpose of gathering developers together on a weekly basis to watch, discuss and learn from Pluralsight's vast library of training. The Dayton Dynamic Language User Group is primarily focused on, as you can tell by the name, dynamic languages. If you're interested in Ruby (including Rails), Python (including Django), PHP, Perl, Javascript, Scheme, Lisp, Smalltalk, etc, this is probably the place for you. We try not to talk specifically about things like C and Java, but there are no hard and fast rules (especially if you're comparing them to a dynamic language).
With Columbus' Node.js community small but growing, it is time for an avenue to share knowledge and to meet like-minded people. This group hopes to do just that. We will meet to discuss favorite modules or testing libraries, share our experiences, and most of all to share the joy of Node.js with anyone interested.
